NML-76
NML 35 is a 2 part epxoy based, non-flowing high strength and general bonding adhesive used in aero engine applications such as bonding PTFE pads onto fan discs.
Features:
After curing, with a glue line 0.05mm – 0.15mm thick for 1 hour at 100°C, withstands double lap shear strength testing follows:
·Dry air at 80°C – 1,000 hours
·Hydraulic Fluid at Room Temperature – 1,000 hours
·Synthetic Oil at Room Temperature – 1,000 hours
·Fuel at Room Temperature – 1,000 hours
·Distilled Water at Room Temperature – 1,000 hours
