PL200 is a single pack green-tinted anti-spatter lacquer to aid removal of weld spatter when using Electron Beam Welding. Features: Designed to ensure that after application, the affected surface shall be free of masking paint and no evidence of vaporised metal or weld spatter after welding in accordance with RPS 388 electron beam welding or alternative and removal of lacquer and spatter in accordance with RPS 461. As a protection against adherent weld spatter this material has been tested to ensure that no deleterious effects on these materials occur. Removable with vapour degreasing or strong solvents. Tested to ensure no damage to underlying metal.
